They are excellent if you have small boobies and don't want all of that padding. Or if you have large boobies and don't want all of that padding! I IMAGINE! I don't have any first hand knowledge of large boobies.
But don't buy them from the American Apparel store. Buy them from Amazon or something because they're about half the price if you buy them from a wholesaler WHICH IS WHAT I DID.

That bra looks comfortable for the occassions when you may need one.
