Went to Wisconsin.
1. Saw my best friend, who I've known for twenty years. It was her wedding reception! She and her new husband were too poor for a big wedding (student loans ahoy!). They got married at a bed and breakfast with their immediate families in attendance and no one else. She is like my sister - I love her to pieces. And it was good to see my old friends who I used to play roleplaying games with. Hooray. ^__^
2. I drank rum and climbed a tree. I had spotters, but I didn't need them. I am part monkey.
3. I lit off fireworks. Fireworks + rum = fun.
4. Driving sucks and I hate it. devilducky and I have talked about taking the train. It costs a little more than gas and we wouldn't have to drive. So. Maybe next time.
