No sleep tonight 'cos of my fucked up sleep patterns, I'll just stay up and I might go for a nice long walk in a few hours. See how far I can get before I get on a bus (this is me and my heavy backpack), I'm aiming for Camberwell. Should be alright, I'll see if I can avoid McD's too. God I'm dying for a sausage and egg McMuffin right now!!
I should get some sleep in the car tommorow, catching a lift with Joe up to Hull. I'm hoping I can get a lift back to Manchester from there, if not I'll stay with the band and get my dad to pick me up from Derby on Saturday.
This should be a fun weekend, get some business out of the way and see if the new LS line-up is any good (I've been told the new guitarist is great but heard mixed reviews about the drummer). It will be funny to see if anyone messes up the tracks, after working on the album for a year now I know the songs like the back of my hand.
I'm hoping for some work next week, but my dad being my dad hasn't confirmed the job is still available to start!! I'll at least get to see Laura and see my sisters new house.
I'm off to go cook my packed lunch (I'm not paying a service station 3.50 for a shitty Ginsters sandwich!!!), I'll probably cave in and get some fried chicken for dinner but since it's been over a month since my last indulgence I think I'm allowed to give in!!
I should really weigh myself actually, I'd lost 1lb the first week of eating healthier (meaning litterally cutting 99% of my sugar and caffeine intake, as well as eating no more than 3 times a day and aiming for less than 1,500 calories a day). I've kept it up for nearly a month now so I'd like to think I've lost at least 3-4 more pounds if not more.
