So i got to see my tess today, finally. She was holding up a lot better than I expected, but at the same time, she showed me some of the bruising, which was pretty extreme. Hopefully shell be able to get throughh it enough to be self sufficient again soon. I wound up caving and buying her roses when I went to see her. I do have moral objections to giving someone you love something thats dying as a symbol of your love, but laura talked me into it, in her most dont fuck with me tone. Im just not going to think about the money and try to remember her smile. It was really good to see her.

Ok its very late and we got the presidents evevnt on cnbc tomorrow i wanna watch most of it early, so off to bed.
