man o mans, just back from the gym after a year hiatus...the other fat man and I went to body pump with his wife and got our asses kicked, I hadquivering weak buttocks by the end of the hour.
But it is time to get back into the regime, so to give me motivation I am posting my before pic so by winter I will be in batter shape..so for a limited time only see my fuzzy,wet,naked, recently-ass kicked body up there in the ole my pics section...
Plus its back to school time, so I have start my master's thesis project this week, so i've got to do something or i will topple over dead from the impending weight of the project ...
