Before joining SG, I probably thought that I'd have a preferred type of Model. Remember, all you normally get on adult sites are the images and no personality, no background. I'm fairly convinced it was blondes and a few redheads thrown in for a little variety. (That said, there isn't normally much variety anyway)
With SG, variety is the name of the game. I love how I might 'need' to favourite a hopeful after seeing the top row of her first set and yet still not favourite a Full SG with tens of thousands of fans and many published sets to her name. I love the Itty-Bitty club as much as TeamSilicone, the pert bottoms and the not-so pert, and the Inked Goddess and the Untouched Canvases. I love how there isn't really a way to find someone by "type" anyway.
In the end, like life - SG helps you to stop liking "Models" and start to like "People who Model". You like them for their blogs and their smiles as much as their sets. You like them for making the decision to put themselves out there. You like them for what the mainstream would call imperfections, and what the rest of us would call normal beautiful bodies . You cheer them on as they grow in confidence.
In the end I've come to the conclusion that having a type means missing out on so much beauty and joy that it's basically self-harming!
