ff I have opend this window so many times for the last coubble of days... but I never can seem to find any thing to type...

okey lets try agen...

well I started to train some agen.. going for runs out here in the snow and cold... refresshing... going for a 5km run right now just geting reddy... gonna try to improfe my time about 3 min... lets see how that gose...

other things that are going on ... well I love SG... found a girl here that has become where special to me...

I have started to live healthy agen... no candy, soda or fast foods... I have done too much of that lately... gonna get back into shape..

and yea I figurd out the last line in my new tattoo now just have to get thouse I whant to write it and then I am all set... gonna finish it before the end of this month hopefuly...
