Hello peeps.
My holidays started today. So far a pretty good day.
Got up abot 10am, watched TV then played Zelda for a bit.
I had Ju Jitsu (traditional not BJJ, just thought I would clear that up) and found out I might be doing my grading next week
.
Totally ruined my knuckles and wrists though as we were working on striking and wristlocks.
I now feel really confident that my striking, my throws and my grappling are going to do me good at the grading.
For those if you who are interested here is a video of some of the things we cover in my group (we do a mix of different styles of Ju Jitsu, this is goshin Ju Jitsu)
Now to watch TV, chat to Antinua and then play video games until an ungodly hour.
