Had work (usual shit really), Then my traditional Ju Jitsu class...
Did a hip throw wrong (fuck knows why) and the guy i was throwing landed pointy elbow down on the top of my foot.
Right now it looks like half a tennis ball is on top of my foot...
If this still hurts this bad tommorow I'm off to hospital...
