It was all going so well.
My exam luck seemed to desert me yesterday. One week to go until my eigth and final exam. Even bought myself a CD to celebrate (Oasis Live at Knebworth).
Then today I sliced my finger open on a tin of sweetcorn (I told you all that vegetables were EVIL!!!). Ended up in A&E for the first time in my life and got some lovely butterfly stitches. Didn't feel like a total idiot though. There was a policeman who'd cut his forehead open on the boot of his car - dipstick!
Put me off tins for life this has - and it wasn't even mine. Let this be a lesson - take care when opening tins, they DO bite back!!!
On the upside I've got one whole week without exams - sufficient recovery time methinks. God I feel like such a tit!
