Fished my pond this weekend it was cold as hell. I told my friend if we caught a Brook Trout I'd cook it for dinner. When I went in the house for a few minutes and when i came back out he said he had caught a Rainbow Trout and had let it go. After awhile he asked what a Brookie looked like i told him and then he said he wasn't sure which he had caught. Sunday i caught a Rainbow and showed it to him he then told me he had caught a Brookie 
. I told him he let dinner go. We never caught another the entire weekend. Did catch some Golden Trout as well but i wanted to keep them and the Rainbow's in the pond since i have only a few in there. Next time he will know for sure.
They made it thru my property cleaning out the creek. Totally Fucked up my Mulberry tree . I thought it was far enough away from the creek and would be OK. It was just getting mature and had started bearing fruit which i had planned on making wine out of one of these years. Oh well isn't shit I can do about it now. Maybe i'll buy 10 this spring. It'll only take them 10-15 years to get as big as the one they destroyed
