I've never really been one for talking about myself, but there is always time to start, I guess.

I watched a bizarre film last night - a film that I've wanted to watch for a while. I've always loved horror films, well, I say always, but that's a lie; I used to hate Michael Jackson's Thriller - it used to scare the living shit out of me. Anyway, where was I... ahh yes, the film, it's called Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. It was really cheap on DVD so I thought I might as well get it. I thought it brilliant; definitely up there with some of my favourite disturbing films like Don't Look Now and just shows the uncertainty and fragility of the human psyche. Not to say I'm a psycho, of course, but people do tend take the mind for granted too much... I also got Fist of Legend, one my favourite Hong Kong films (I'm a huge kung-fu fan) and am so glad to have found it on offer.

Yeeurrghh, my throat hurts - I've just taken a huge swig of absinthe and am burping aniseed and the back of my throat aches. Damned good stuff though.
