Ugh I'm sick, I think I have the flu.

I thought up a wonderful metaphor of a relationship I hope I can get some comments on it.

A relationship is a double-sided keen* blade wrapped in gauze that increase in girth the closer you get to the middle. Love makes us impale ourselves on this blade and the deeper the love the more you pull the blade into yourself. Sometime grit get between the gauze and causes irratation that willl cause one or both of the participants to pull away from the blade, and sometimes off the blade. Many times one partner leaves the blade completely and this ussually leads to the end of the relationship. The blade then disapears leaving its hole in the other person. That person then seeks medical attention from themself and whatever friends and family they have. These people use thier skills which are sometimes good and help stitch up the hole, but sometimes they botch the job and make the wound worse. The victim also sometimes tries to heal the wound themselves, but it hard to practice on your self even if your good at using medicine on others.
