Went across the state to college today to try to register for classes. I got there and tried to get onto the registration program and they'd changed my student ID.
When I go to look it up both comps they had froze up. I then go to the window and have to have the clerk look it up manually.
With my new student ID i go to the library since they have a big computer lab and attempt to log on with my new ID, Bad new now you have to have a e-mail address to even get onto the computers. I try to get a new e-mail address so I can log on to registration to see if I can take classes and suprise you can't get an e-mail address tiill you register for classes, and I can't get onto the computer to register for classes
So I try my only other option I remember theres an open conmputer in the greenroom so I go there, and someone is on it screwing around. I would ussually ask them if I could use it cause I knew mosta the dept., but mosta the peeps I knew have left so I have know clue who this girl is, and she stays on for like 30 mins.
I finally get on check on my registration and have an advising hold and I also can't sign up for classes till the 29th.
So I go up to the advisers and I'd found out earlier in the day she's booked up till next Thurs, but the secretary in the English dept says to wait around and maybe she can squeeze me in before her next appointment, but people keep showing up for thier appts.
I see the dept head come through several times and she happens to come over to me and ask me why I'm there. I tell her my story and she has pity on me and says hey I'll advise you. We go to her office look up things and she gets me all fixxed.
Then me and my friend Dan'l go to the good local coffee house and smoke and I buy us both some coffee and eats.
