So it looks like I will be firing that Contract person that works for me tomorrow, I hate having to do it but it unfortunately has to be done. She has had warnings, but just doesn't get it.. Have to wonder about some people they think they should start a job with a large Salary and good title without having to earn it first. I do not like doing it and I have only fired one person before but enough is enough.

Good thing though is I may get 2 permanent Full time positions to fill, have to go through the norm politics and red tape to get them approved but I am confident they will so if anyone is looking for a Full Time job working Downtown Toronto, for a large Communications Company US owned. Let me know

It is a entry level office job, but the pay to start isn't too bad, and hey you would be working for me so how coool would that be

mmm I sure am grinning a lot today, think I had too much sleep, I slept most of yesterday now I just need to get motivated and do some things today like shopping and cleaning..
