Not that she did anything, but yeah, I've changed a lot since we dated and not for the better. My new goal is to lose 6 pounds a week for the next 4 weeks and then keep it off.

Workout is gonna kick my ass
So, I saw my personal trainer today and told him what I wanted. So he whipped up half of a workout for me and....shit. It's gonna kick my ass, but I'll be more lean and cut (or that's the hope). So but I'm gonna be sweating my ass off.
