Well, I started shopping. Charging a bunch of stuff on my credit card >_< Not good; I've been trying to pay it off. I got myself some clothes, but I'm going to do most of my me shopping next month with Kiki after I get my $575 security deposit back, so right now I've only gotten a few things for myself, and Neil's birthday present.
So far (for me):
Hello Kitty Heart Apple scarf $32(fuck!)
Black frilly short sleeved gothic shirt
120 cm loose socks with sock glue
Fuchia plaid lipservice mini skirt
Zebra print lipservice shirt
And I'm going down to the thrift stores downtown and only buying shirts and skirts I can wear in winter (almost all of my skirts right now either have too light or are mini skirts), and that's absolutely it until I go shopping with Kiki in September.
Neil:
JTHM shirt (one of mine)
Opeth t-shirt (his favourite band)
Three-month membership to SG (I difn't want to get him a year one in case he doesn't like it)
Book of Metal (he's a total metalhead)
All the JTHM comics since he said he read one once and liked it, and Jhonen is awesome so Neil should like it.
And a going away present of a bag of food from the co-op. He said if he can't find a place that he would stay here and just transfer to Madison in the spring because he doesn't really like Milwaukee anyway, so I was kind of hoping he wouldn't find a place but now it looks like he has. He was actually planning on transfering to Madison this year but he missed the due date for transfer for the fall semester by one day.
I'm moving on Saturday. I hope everyone shows up or else I'm totally screwed. I promised Liv I'd help move her stuff, too, but I don't know if I'll feel like it/have time after moving all of my stuff. Liv, Amanda, and I will all be moving in at basically the same time on the same day, so I don't know how that will go. I think my internet gets cut off on Friday, and it'll be hooked up in the new place on the 19th, which is just as well since I need to unpack right away and this would just be a distraction.
