Been a while since I put anything up here.... Not a whole lot to say I guess. Been a hectic past few weeks. Training at a new position, rehearsing for our show in Phoenix next month, finding a new meeting site for my AA group... etc. Now it seems that I may have new songs to learn..Yay!
In other news; went to go see my friends Rich and Greg play Judas and Herod, respectively, and hear my friend Mike play guitar at MIT's production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Interesting production. If anyone is in the Boston/Cambridge area with nothing to do this weekend, check it out. Hell, even if you DO have something to do; cancel and go see this show, it's their last weekend. Hard to go wrong for $15 a ticket, $10 if you are an alum or student elsewhere.. Some of the solos alone are worth it. What got me was, afterward, as I was talking to the above mentioned friends (who ALL KICKED ASS by the way), they were nervous that I was coming, hoping I approved of their performance... Wha!?! We all play D&D together, it's not like I'm the authority on all things JCS. I mean I'd understand if I was reporting back to ALW himself, but it was both flattering and uncomfortable at the same time... Hmmmm, must ponder.
Well, I do believe that's all the news that's fit to print. Until the next time...

BTW, are you familiar with Jonathan Richmond & The Modern Lovers? They have a great regional song, although slightly more South Shore than North, called "Roadrunner" that rocks.

Mid December could see me heading to the City for a howdy. I live about 75 miles north, which can be anything from 1.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on traffic. Please let me know dates when you've got them.
