Believe me I understand your frustration, because like others, I have been there myself... not everyone understands that words can hurt, and it's a pain that's not necessary... Some people just need to direct the hate they have inside towards other people, most commonly people who are more on the spotlight than others... I think the best solution is to grow thicker skin, and treat others as you'd like to be treated (unless they treat you bad in the first place, haha!)
