Ugh... I need to find a roommate or maybe 2. the rooms are decent sized. rent is 800 a month plus power and internet. So split 2, 3, or even 4 ways depending on how many people live here.
Biggie for me is just child friendly because my daughter is a top priority. I have 2 pomeranians that are harmless and extra cuddly.
I live in st. petersburg FL.
Anyone interested or know someone who might be?
I'd hate to lose this house because of a crappy roommate whose screwed me over and a complicated (ex)wife who left in an instant.
