So I've been going to the gym regularly now on the days I don't work. and the best part is its a 24 hr gym so I go when I'm awake. I am in there on average from midnight-4am depending on what I'm doing. To add to that I'm attempting to have a good friend train me in Black Dragon Kung Fu. When I get really good at that I'm moving toward Okinawan Mantis. Its going to be alot harder than Dragon but well worth it. After learning Dragon it'll be easier to adapt.
I know to most people that might seem really odd or cheesy, but its a great feeling utilizing your own body into something greater without gizmos or Do dads. Been practicing on the Liuqin as well and I'm still pretty crap at it. ahaha I am a busy lil bee.
