We’re all in this together, it’s been a rough past year and it’s totally understandable when we need time to recharge and take care of ourselves 🙌
The past weeks I had been feeling pretty under the weather (speaking figuratively as California weather is often perfect as you can see in my photos) being sick and feeling pretty weak cause of it.
Thankfully I’ve been taking care of my health and trying my best to get back at a stronger state.
I had to slowly start getting my body active after being in bed for some weeks, giving it some loving and a beach day with a stretch/yoga session was more than perfect for the sweet and slow start I needed.
I posted a short clip from my yoga session on my previous post. Wasn’t sure if I was going to bore you or not with a long video so that’s a snip of a full 10 minute video you can find HERE!🌷

I was definitely feeling like I had been giving a second chance at life at this moment haha so I’m just thankful to be able to share it with you all.
Thank you for being here 💗 it’s crazy amazing to have a place like this to share my memories and important moments. The fact that you are here to witness it all just takes it to a whole different level.
This is the restart I needed and what’s coming is more exciting than I can express, so I might just have to surprise you as I go...
