Got the names of some psychiatrists to try from my doc today. I'm looking forward to having help trying to figure myslef out.
Asked for the referral to be for female. With the limited times I've had with counselors I found that out of the two I could open up easier to Marge. Could be because she was very similar to me own mum. I'll let you know if anything weird and interesting comes out of my noodle once we've popped it open.
