wake und bake, rise und shine some shite! Mornin' Children. Had my first class in a weekly 8 week Hockey Positioning and Fundamentals class. I have not been worked that hard since back in the days of Judo. ;-)
It was great for me. Spent most of the hour and twenty minutes with a back that was screaming and locked up. When I'm playing games... yeah I get winded, super suckin wind actually, and tired/sore. However, you still get to sit down often when you are off on a line change. It's amazing the difference when you have to be on skates and working hard solidly for an extended time. Learned some great shite though and the coach seems awesome. I hear he's one of the USA Hockey team coaches (headquartered right by where I work.)
So I didn't make it to the Bleu afterwards like I had planned. I came home and put may ass/lower back on an ice pack and watched Donnie Darko. I had seen just a bit of DD before and I knew it was something I've wanted to see. Loved it. Still haven't fully put my head all the way around the ending. Mary MacDonnal... mmmMMMMMM

Stoked! My Friend Po is having a throwdown. It seems him and his awesome wife Val have moved from Near Colfax to a 2 acre plot five miles up in the mountains near the southern part of Denver. I'm taking my hetero lifemate and my camping gear. Should be a blast. Kev has band practice today so we may not leave til after four. Tiny is being a dick outside so I got's to run and grab him. Peas!
