Holy shite, it's been a stressfull week fo' sho'! Old ex girlfriend emotions crop up after 12 years, I get dumped from a relationship that doesn't really exist, Two tickets in the past couple of weeks, I'm broke beyond belief, my fuckhead of a father has been around, and today I find out they want to total my car because the airbags deployed and it's 'spensive to fix $2500 just for that. So they'd rather total it. I'm going to get super hosed. ;-) Normally I find it easy to roll with the punches, but I'm finding myself a wee bit stressed. No worries... in a few months all this should be smoothed over. I'm still very much aware of my blessings. I'm just not used to dealing with so many hits at once... but cereal, it's all OK.
Bought a PS2 today. My company gives you a 100 bucks for every year you've been there up to five years. So I had my 6 year anniversary the other day. This is a world record for me. No one I know can believe I'd be at one place so long. Usually after 3 months the rose colored glasses are off and I'm looking for a way to get fired. ;-) So I took all my gift certificate vouchers (they use a program to offer gift certs at various retailers) at Best Buy and Amazon and bought a bunch o' shite. My DVD player was hosed, so I figured why not get a console instead of just buying another DVD player. I'm so not used to the console controls... I've always been a PC gamer when I play games.
Back on the diet today after a week off. Being back on should be a real good thing. My mood will improve dramatically. Carbs are evil for me. Been out of contact with y'all for a while now... missing ya!
