MWF I will try and keep a 3 day pace for skating. I really didn't feel burnt out bad tuesday or too sore... but days of rest in between helps. This is part hobby, part fitness/cardio regiment, to get back into skating after at least 5+ years. I haven't had any serious wipe out yet thankfully. BTW pictures comming soon, they have been developed and looked over, although most of them are dumb.
