It's just gone 8am and I am recently returned from a yoga class. First time I ever made it to a morning class and I survived. Very pleased with myself.
I have various ditties from "Jeeves and Wooster" running through my head. I'm getting a bit sick of "Minnie the Moocher" (ho-di-ho-di-ho-di-ho, sir).
It was nice to see the family in the weekend but also nice (as always) to come home again.

My experience has always been that weight training is best left for the later part of the day, after a good amount of warm up time.
Yay for family visitations. It's always nice to maintain good relations with the relations. It's also nice to maintain a comfortable distance, too.
