OK, so I'm back _and_ both my friends noticed. I feel so loved 
For a small amount of news from when I wasn't here see this.
In the new apartment now and it's pretty awesome. It would be more awesome if all the boxes that are yet to be unpacked would magically unpack themselves and put their contents away. I'll just leave them there a while longer in case.
Other things that are awesome include the shower (amazing water pressure), the bath (I had a green bath that smelled like christmas pudding and had letters floating in it on Friday, it made an interesting ring round the tub) and our new huge sexy TV (we figured since we were already spending more money than we have a bit more on a 42" plasma screen shouldn't bother us).
Things that are not awesome include our flaky internet (including not being able to play Mario Kart DS online) and all the bruises I have from carrying furniture and boxes around all week.
I'm sure I was going to say more but I've forgotten what it was so I'll head off to yoga instead.
