New, fresh jobsite today. Its way hot cuz theres no AC, but were going to be there for months, and itll start cooling down in a month, so I can drudge out a month of hot, sweaty ass man work.
I really like my team lead (pretty much the guy in charge) that im working with. Everywhere we've worked together, ive pretty much been his number one bitch. It seems stupid but its nice when someone puts enough faith in your work ethic that they can leave you to run the show in their absence, and give you keys to the buildings and stuff.
I dont think ive ever felt so much self-worth within an organization that I work for. Its really cool, especially since I knew about jack and shit about how this industry was ran 5 months ago, when I started.
I've been bugging one of our suppliers for months to get me one of their company shirts. Today, he finally hooked me up with a badass shirt. Normally, im not a big geek for parts company clothing, but this one is way tough and has a big ole full color eagle holding a big screw in its talons on the back. Hehe. Manly.
Gunna go shoot some pool with my dish network homies tonight at Metro Sports. If anyone is bored, stop by.. We usually play on the 9 foot tables to the right of the enterance before 7:00, then either stay there or shoot on the quarter tables.
Im growing more and more in love with the new Social D album. Theres seriously some phenomenal shit on there!
