I really suck at keepong up with blog homework lol so heres a good one where i can talk about a few things..
Okay so whu do i love my job(s)?
For starters I work full time as a custodian at the local high school and one thing i love about it is the peace and quiet. I work by myself in my own section of the school. Im not a big fan of cleaning but it has great pay and benefits! Iys also very close to my home which i love evspecially during winter. I dont like drivin in the snow cause of my anxiety. Also there are a few other perks like i can use the track and workout equipment whenever i want, for free! Theres also a corporate track team during the summer which is alot of fun and we won the championship last month!
Im attending Empire Beauty School fulltime and i cannot wait to graduate! Only a couple more months left then ill finally be in a salon! I consider going to school full time a job. Its tough work to go for 7 hours a day giving services to clients (which im paying almost 20grand for) then once i leave go straight to my job with a pay check for 8 hours. Ive been doing it 5 days a week for the last year and can i just say im freakin exhausted!
I also make jewelery and drawings on the side. My online shop Thee Olde Crones is currently closed (because of my crazy schedule) but i hope to have it back up by next year! I miss having people tell me how much they loved the custom jewelry i made for them and how amazing it makes them feel while they wear it. Seeing or hearing how happy someone is with an item you made yourself is heart warming😍
Last but not least my favorite job of all. Im a mom to a beautiful and wonderful little girl. I was 20 when i had her and before then i never wanted children. Ive always loved kids but didn't think i would be capable of taking care of my own but i decided to keep her and it was the best desicion i have ever made. Watching her grow for the last 5 years has been the most rewarding time ive ever experienced. Shes so smart, funny, caring and creative. I cant believe i made and have raised such a kind individual. My heart just melts every time she tells me she loves me or her new favorite thing to say " mama youre my best friend " 😍😍!
