Today was a little overwhelming. Had my first day in a partial inpatient program. Which means i go to group therapy and individual therapy early morning till late afternoon. Runs about 7-8 hours.
Shortly after that was over i went home to have dinner with my daughter and my lover. Then off to work i went! So lets just say i am mentally and physically exhausted!
On a happier note my birthday is tomorrow! 🎂 Whoo! 24 years old! Tomorrow after group and work ill be going home to sit on my ass, watch shameless and get extremely stoned. Sounds like a good birthday plan to me!
