so i went to let my cat out today and what should i find but a baby squirrel on my doorstep! i am doing my best to take care of Mr. Bushytail until the morning when i can take him to a wildlife rescue or the SPCA. he's so daym cute! i can't figure out where he came from though! no nest, no wounds to suggest he was carried by an animal, nothing! so, naturally, i scooped him up and took him inside and got him warm.

i hope the little feller makes it through the night. i'll be sad if he doesn't. POSITIVE THOUGHTS!!! he'll be FINE!
