so an interesting thing happened today on the way back to work from lunch. got stuck in the middle of the longest funeral procession ever. it was the longest i've ever seen people! and i was stuck in the middle of it! so what would have normally been a 4 minute ride back to work, became a twenty minute ride back to work. on top of that, just upon reaching the street i work on, the car runs out of gas. and it all would have been fine, had it not been for the funeral procession that i was stuck in the middle of, going 10 mph.

after obtaining more gas from buddy Steve, went back to work as usual. now, my work is about a half mile from the cemetary where the procession had been heading. 20 minutes or so after arriving back at work, i am shocked out of my concentration by several echoing gunshots, followed by very loud bagpipes. oh yeah, i guess the funeral is done!

lol.

so for dinner i am cooking:

artichokes
chicken
pasta salad with creamy basil sauce
and diced fruit consisting of mango, apple, and orange.

i now leave you for the awesomeness that is my food!
