Okay this is fun and easy, but I must also say these are mac instructions, it might be the same if you have a PC, but I'm not sure. In order to post a pic into your journal it needs to be on a website, so if you want to post one of your personal pics just add it to your pics folder on this web site, then open just the picture in a new window. To do that with a mac you hold down your mouse button and then a list of options comes up and you pic the opropriate one. Now that your pic has a window all to it's lonesome, copy the url at the top of the screen. As you are writing your journal click image, paste your url, and wala! Pictures in your journal, la la la la la tongue . The process is similar if you are taking it off another web site.
