Type2 diabetics can benefit alot from natural supplementation. My dad is type2 and we manage him purely with exercise, diet and supplementation. That way you could reduce metformin and thus the side effects

I am amazed at people sometimes. I guess that's why I am studying to be a counselor...to get to know the human mind as much as I can and maybe understand what motivates people. I thought it was just to develop my art therapy techniques and help kids, but it goes deeper than that.
