Hi Blog,
Another quick post. I have two weeks, actually 8 and 1/2 days of school left. I thought I'd be wild with glee to finally get to the end of the year, but no, I'm going to miss these kids so much. I know, even though I will see them for the art camp the week after school is out, I will be very sad that summer is here. The little buggers grow on you so much, I love them more than I can possibly express...even the ones who drive me nuts.
The Spring into the Arts festival is all finished. I think the kids loved seeing their artwork displayed. I hung and displayed over 200 pieces of work...and that doesn't even include most of what the kids produced over the year...they did a great job and worked hard. I can't wait to see what they do next year, especially the fifth gradeers. Well, blog...have to be off to work on a painting for a retiring teacher.
