Hi Blog,
So I finished Tabitha's drawing...of her as a Mermaid Queen. I think she liked it, although I believe the painting of her as Cleopatra is much better. I enjoyed doing both and have another, larger work in mind for her.

I am working on a portrait of Brooklyn now. She seems very interested in my work and that flatters me and makes me very happy. It's so nice to have people appreciate the work you do. I would do the work anyway because I love these SG ladies so much, but during those times when you feel less than confident about the things you do and self-doubt and a feeling of self-conciousness raise their ugly heads, it's so nice to receive comments about how much someone likes what you do. I love Brooklyn's photography. She captures the essence of each SG girl she photographs so well. I can feel the model's spirit come through the photograph. She really is an amazing photographer.

I have to go now, Blog, and do REPORT CARDS! This damn computer is giving me fits trying to convert files and I just lost all my Kindergarten and First Grade kid's report cards. Now I have to do everything OVER! ARGH!!!!!!!!
