I saw 28 Days Later with fuzzybunny on sunday. Damn she is such a sweetheart and that movie was spectacularly better than I was expecting!

The DV camera work brought a washed-out grimy feel and you have to love all the coughing up of blood! There were quite a few really well composed shot -- One that looked like a Monet painting of a field of flowers that they eventually drive through. The movie even cleverly twisted around some of the subtext issues regarding violence, personal agency, and social construction. Wow. Yay!
