Well i finally got some time to update. playing Santa this year was really cool. got too meet a lot of interesting kids and even got too see some from the last two years. i feel for these kids, no kid should have to go through what they are going through. sometimes the nurses are so damn mean to them i just wanted to tell this one to fuck off. i couldn't believe she actually called this child a brat and told her to shut up, keep in mind this was a child with cancer,6 yrs old. i was standing in the hall and herd this so i walked in the room and just sat and talked to her for about 45 min. she was upset that her parents haven't been to see her in 2 days and they where running late this day. she told me that nurse is always mean and earlier told her that she is not her mom and really don't want to listen to her. i gave her a little mommy walk and giggle doll and told her that here parents would be here soon that the weather was really bad.and that she would have a great x-mass. i went about my rounds and low and behold when i walked by the room later her whole family was there. i stopped in poked her in the belly and said told ya so. her mom walked me out of the room and thanked me for spending so much time with her daughter and that she loved the doll.that rite there made all the rushing around to get toys donated and the money i spent all worth it. i think it was the best christmass present i could have gotten or have ever gotten. i also made sure to talk to the doctor and let him know what i had herd and how hurt this girl was by it. i understend they have stressfull job but don't take it out on the kids hell take it on your husband or boyfriend when ya get home.LOL.
in other news they think my grandma is finallt ready to pass away she is 98 and sliding pretty fast. been going to see her every other day a long with my mom. my mom is also getting ready to go through a mild chemo. for her cancer also. damn i been spending way to much time in hospitals, but she is expected to bee just fine when all is said and done.well thats all for now i hope everyone has a happy and safe new year and hope it brings everyone a lot happiness and joy and too some a fresh start and a great new beginning of another chapter in life.

Anyway, I've now written a novel, and will end my comment. I just wanted to say: I have high respect for you spending time with these kids, and trying to help them during a tough time of the year!
