Hmm, I think I would do the latter unless you're super broke. (And that goes double if the bookstore is owned by Barnes & Noble.) Although I admit that I might not do that.
Either that, or find an unethical grad student who comes up with flimsy pretexts to get desk copies. Something I imagine to be possible only hypothetically, of course.(Damn, where are those forms?)

I guess the honor comes from recommending a book instead of relaying a parallel issue from an episode of Buffy or 7TH Heaven. I like the titles of those books.. especially Identity Matters.

I'm not sure which Con Law it is... there are three of them and this is the one I haven't taken yet. I stopped committing the PGY4578-type nomenclatures and course titles about two or three years ago. I figured there's only so much room up top, and I shouldn't waste it with such stuff.

(althogh I do vaguely remember something about ConLaw: Rights and Liberty =)
