I've covered over 3000 miles this month.
I met an angel on a Greyhound bus to DC, saw my parents and grandparents and my sisters and my aunts (and stayed up all night smoking pot and skinny dipping in a hot tub with one of them), ate chips and salsa with Clara, went to NYC with an amazing activist mama and got utterly inspired, and hitchiked with an old back-to-the-lander to an impossibly fancy wedding where I drank champagne and orange juice with the governor of Wisconsin.
I finally got a bike and a trailer and I've been biking everywhere - it's so exciting! I love the freedom of it.
I'm driving to LA in two weeks - 36 hours each way with two moms and two small children. Wish me luck!
