sooooo....
I went away for a little while...
..and now I'm back!

yeah, not much to say. I guess I'll start the process of revamping my profile a bit, you know, updating crap...

for a time, I figured my brand spanking new girlfriend could fill in all the little gaps in my life...don't get me wrong, she's filled a lot, but not all of them. I've found that I'm missing the conversations that would happen on some of the groups here...turns out I'm the only geek in the relationship and I have absolutely no one to get into random conversations about BSG and all things Whedon and all those other geeky things that I tend to like...

plus, I think I need to find a special friend that likes the same things i do, that i can get into long random conversations about anything late into the evening or throughout my work day or whatever....

so yeah...I'm back.
