It sounds a bit weird. Already in the opening text are some contradictions. A non-sexual enviroment is advertised together with the claim that the "significant other" can be found there - would that mean for platonic relationships only???
The combination of intimacy and people that I do not know and have no reason to trust strikes me as strange too. The regulations and promotion concepts about massage therapists integrated into the cuddle party concept. Part of the way the whole concept is advertised reminds me of certain sects who use disguised ways to enlist new members...
