Still at home in Tulsa for the holidays.

Was supposed to call my room mate from college to hang out this afternoon, but my social anxiety took over for my better judgement, and so I stayed at home, knitted, and watched "The Pacifier" with my mom instead. Its so much easier that way.

We're going to the Christmas Eve service at my old church tonight... only because my dad (and I, too) miss hearing the choir sing (or singing with the choir, for my part). It will be only the second time that I've been to church in almost 7 years. Not that its quite a "real" church by your typical christian standards.

Looking forward to tomorrow morning. My mom still makes a stocking for me -- I feel a little bit bad for loving Christmas so much given that I don't have the religious beliefs to back that up. As silly as it is, I just love all of the *stuff* one accumulates on such a day. Here's hoping for some good shit -- but of course, its the thought that counts.
