scott kelley tonight at Mississippi studios was awesome. he played a great set of material, the sound was sweet, and he was as approachable and humble as most the interviews i've seen have shown him. it's not too often i get to shake a dude's hand and say "thank you" to someone i see as a influential artist and performer. firm handshake, too.
i hadn't eaten all day, so the 6 beers went fast, so ..... had to buy a Voodoo dozen to soak up the goods. 6 doughnuts for "dinner" is kinda naughty, but i guess i deserve it.

uggg. next week i must do a lion's share of scheduling kids and assistants. i'm not too looking forward to that mess at all.
