If I were reincarnated as any animal, I'd be a polar bear. Even though the humans are screwin' up my habitat, the realization that I could crush the holy hell outta 'em with a swat of my paw would keep me content.

Art in the Pearl wasn't as impressive to me as in years past. However, there was a ceramics artist and a glass artist that I dug. Yeah, I'm a fan of the female form, I guess.

I torture myself after going to events like this, just because the dedication and creativity that goes into it, and then having the gumption to show it/yourself off with conviction.. it just makes me go, "wow, did I really spend all damn day yesterday watching college football and looking at
this thread and this thread, from the beginnings to the ends???" God bless you PaulNikon, sir.
But then I think, "no, wait, athleticism is something I appreciate wholeheartedly, and I enjoy looking at photographs of hawt ladies too.."
.and I remain conflicted.

I bought stuffed Frog and Toad figures at Powells today, along with a few books that I probably shouldn't have gotten ( a few activity books, multiple intelligence activities, and a writing skills book). On my walk home I feel bad that I didn't add to Andy's Library instead (I'll elaborate on that later maybe, cuz I don't think I've talked about Andy).

There's a damn good possibility that I'll have to report to a job on Wednesday or Thursday this week, yet I'm still wide awake at 5am the past few days. Not good.

I have filled my 5-disc player with godspeed you! black emperor and have been blissfully taking meandering mental journeys in vain attempts to sleep.. makes the attempts bearable.

i watch a lot of Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB) during the summer. this was really good tonight.
