So for the last couple years, I tend to get downhearted around this time. Why? Because everyone is headed back to class, and I wish I was doing the same. I know it sounds crazy, but I love school and I miss it. The higher education, the constant feedback, the sharing of opinions. Hell, I even miss doing the research. I belong in the classroom.

But I let the year go by without doing a damn thing about it. Everytime, I tell myself that I'm going to apply to a post-grad program, so I can get my ass back to what I love doing. And this year is the year I follow-through. I'm determined this time. I'm gonna search through schools and find programs that suit me. I'm gonna finally take my GRE's since I didn't take them for grad school. And most important, I'm going to get back to writing and put together a decent portfolio. It's time for me to engage on my next stage of life. Damn it!!


On a different note, here is a pic from my Boston trip last weekend. At the Institute of Contemporary Art, even the stairs have to be all trippy...



Random Thought: I recently discoved that I'm in love with Jenny Lewis. She's so dreamy...
