there is a situation at work that i had to take care of last night.
a new employee had signed a job in our department and has been in training for the last 3 1/2 weeks. over the last 2 weeks another employee has started a harrasment campaign against this person for no appearant reason other than he thinks he can get away with bullying the new guy. wrong. as a union steward i took the new employee into talk with our department supervisor even though he stated he didn't want to cause any trouble. i assured him that reporting this is not causing trouble. i had him explain to the supervisor what has been going on over the last 2 weeks and i added what i have heard said and who the supervisor should talk with to verify the facts. if i had my way i would suspend the harrasing employee and send him to couseling. but we'll see what happens...........

In terms of the book, mid october is okay, Ive borrowed someones book for this weeks assignement...its almost october anyhow as long as its here before finals im in good shape.
