much better alcohol selection tonight. stopped at the meijer store on the way home and picked up guinness and blue moon ale which was reccomended by a co-worker. i'm very impressed with the blue moon, very tasty indeed. the bottle of guinness says serve extra cold. actually i prefer my beers less than cold ( must drink it like my ancestors dammit! there was no refridgeration in the 1600's

and i'm finding that warm guinness is much to my liking.
and now for some drunken slumber........
yeah right, i'm a very light sleeper. i day dream about 8 hours of decent sleep
eh, now it's 5:20 am. i guess that's a good time as any to start working on my new workout routine.
