hmmmm, i guess i should update.
nothing to write about really except i haven't had an appetite for 2 weeks now. a few bites and i'm full. on the upside i'm losing weight. almost 2 notches on my belt so far.
still a hermit. (anti-social tendencies, ya know)
shaved my beard.( i couldn't make it to july 21st )
spent way too much money on DVDs this month ( i have become hooked on Rescue Me )
feel just fine. (despite eating less than half of my normal amount)
heavily reading chinese/eastern philosophy almost to the point of excluding all else. (Taoism mainly)

I need to go to Lowry's sometime soon. Maybe the next Sunday I have off. I have some books that I don't need to have anymore. And, maybe, just maybe, I might find something there that I want.
